–Executive Function Coaching: I help you identify and develop more organization, structure, motivation, and goal-setting strategies to improve productivity, decrease fatigue, and foster new possibilities. I work especially with children and adults with ADHD.
–Writing Coaching: I work with you to help you communicate most effectively and develop transferable life-long skills that will help you continue to grow as a writer and communicator. I work with all levels of students (from elementary school students to PhD students), professionals across industries, and creative writers.
-Presentation Coaching: We work together to identify how to use your body, attention, voice, and personality to help you feel at ease, captivate your audience, invite them into your message, and remember you and your presentation.
–Tutoring: I offer tutoring for a variety of subjects in the humanities and social sciences at the AP and IB level including: English Literature, English Language and Composition, American History, World History, European History, Art History, Geography, Political Science, Philosophy, Theatre and Theatre History.
